Due to the nature of our business, we appreciate if you give us a heads up in case you need to cancel your booking.

​Cancellation

We’ll happily adjust your booking or cancel it without any charge if you inform us at least three hours before your pick-up time. If you cannot do so, you will be charged a fee of AED 75.

​Refund

If the client cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice then one-day rental shall be charged and if he cancels before 24 hours then the full amount will be refunded with AED 50 deduction.
